• To facilitate employee engagement and embed the culture and values of SNEHA across the organization; and,

Capacity building for the MCGM

• Motivation for 493 MCGM malaria surveillance inspectors and investigators
• Aamhi Badal Aanu Shakto – an AI training for AMOs, PHNs of 30 Health Posts across MCGM
• ANC & PNC skills for AMOs, PHNs & ANMs of 30 Health Posts across Mumbai. Under the aegis of the Times Foundation, a CSR wing of the Times Group, 404 frontline workers trained in behaviour change communication in maternal & newborn health.

Capacity building for the ICDS in Dharavi

• Motivation training for 42 ICDS teachers and helpers
• Micro planning for nutrition for 54 ICDS teachers & helpers

Appreciative Inquiry

• Pre-conference workshop on Ai at the Developmental Origins on Health & Disease (DoHAD) for health educators at Portland, Oregon, USA

Others

• Training needs analysis for ICDS staff in M ward
• Training on BCC & BCC monitoring skills for 17 community health workers for a Mumbai based NGO
