If you or someone you know is a survivor of violence, there is help available. Our centres are open between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday (first and third). If you need to contact us outside of these hours, you can call us on the helpline number(s) below or above.

How SNEHA Can Help

SNEHA’s crisis helpline offers free counselling services over the telephone and over email to women and children facing violence and in distress.

We assist:

ANY woman or child who is or has been a survivor of physical, sexual, emotional and/or financial violence
ANY individual who has witnessed violence or knows someone who is facing violence and wants to help

We support survivors by:

Explaining the possible range of interventions available to the person in a crisis situation
Guiding survivors in filing police complaints
Helping survivors seek medical assistance or short-term shelter services
